The top of the font was a floral interpretation of the Jordan River - using carnations, green Kermit mums and river rocks. White flowers - genestra, baby's breath, spider mums and carnations - were used on the altar.

Second Sunday of Christmas, Jan 2, 2011


Flowers that looked bad were pulled and replaced with Monte Casino asters. All the flowers used were long lasting - antherium, alestromaria, carnations - except the glads. Monte Casino was a good filler in the spaces where there had been glads.
