4th Sunday of Advent - Dec 18, 2011
The arrangements are now all full of greenery as the anticipation of the birth of Jesus grows. Wreaths are hung from the trusses in the church and on the doors. Garland is draped on the cemetery fence and on the front entrance sign.
Advent 3, 2011
On the 3rd Sunday of Advent pink flowers are added and the pink candle on the Advent ring is lit.

We are doing the progressive Advent again this year. It starts out with just sticks and no greenery, then each Sunday more greenery is added until it is full on the 4th Sunday of Advent.
